SIAL PARIS 2024

SIAL is the world’s leading food fair, which takes place once a year in Paris and is open to trade visitors only. As a global business platform, the fair is the showcase for innovations and connects food manufacturers, distributors, importers, wholesalers and retailers, as well as representatives of institutional and commercial catering under one roof. Exhibitors from all over the world are meeting at SIAL to present their products, innovations and technologies and to give an overview of the industry. To the SIAL also belongs the In-Food Centre. Here especially semi-finished products, ingredients and equipment and systems for the food processing are shown. In addition, the issues of sustainability and sustainable development in relation to environmental, economic and social aspects are becoming increasingly important for the fair.
