Milk Powder

By delivering milk powder in a variety of compositions, packing sizes and origins according to customers’ requirements, Mondial Foods is very flexible. Our milk powders can be packed in 25 kg, 10 kg or sachets under our brands Mondy®, DIDI®, Polly® , Rosita ® or Capitaine® however a private label is a possibility depending on volumes.

Pasteurized Processed Cheese

As a result of utilizing both dairy and non-dairy wholesome ingredients Mondial Foods is not limited by standard identity of traditional cheeses. Dairy: UHT Milk

Ultra High Temperature milk is subjected to a special thermal treatment which destroys germs and preserves vitamins and nutrients. It has, if not opened and stored at 2⁰C to 25⁰C, a shelf life up to 12 months. Mondial Foods supplies 1 Liter packing, origin Europe. Furthermore we do have possibilities for 500ml, 200ml as well as for Skimmed and semi-skimmed UHT Milk.

Butter

For different sectors Mondial Foods supplies frozen butter in different varieties in composition and packing. Besides animal fat (lactic, salted/unsalted) butter blends, a mix of animal fat with vegetable fat is also a possibility.
